Tra-ill Dowie, Director and Lecturer

Tra-ill Dowie has worked extensively with groups and runs his own psychotherapeutic counselling practice. He has also coordinated specialised programs for at-risk youth, as well as men's groups. 

Tra-ill has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at Flinders University and a Masters in Counselling at the University of South Australia.  He has Bachelor of Arts degrees from Deakin University (History of Ideas and Sociology); and Adelaide University (Philosophy).

Tra-ill is currently studying a Masters in Mind and Society at Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Jungian Studies at the University of South Australia.  He is a lecturer and tutor at the IKON Institute in Transpersonal Counselling and Art Therapy.

Prue Blackmore, Lecturer

Prue Blackmore is a Transpersonal Counsellor and has over 25 years experience in psychiatry and mental health.  She has specialised in developmental psychiatry, cognitive behavioural therapy, transpersonal counselling and trauma resolution. She is also a qualified Psychodynamic Bodywork practitioner. She works across the spectrum of life issues and transitions from early childhood to death and dying.
